Scene of many a great 'Punt' in Parlours during the 1980's, this is an old pic of Constitution Hill, my first visit to a Parlour was just on the left of the central building, (Now home to 'Blue Ice'). Further up on Great Hampton Street, (appropriately named!) an establishment called 'Palm Beach'. Anyone remember the scene back then? As I don't live in Birmingham anymore, what's it like now? Any action? New places?
