Any recommends anyone? Got the urge for an assisted shower / bath / body scrub or something like it.

If that's all you want maybe you should call one of the home care agencies that provide personal care to the infirm? Must cheaper to pay somone near the minimum wage?

Try bubbles near the rail station. They used to have a Jacuzzi, each room has a shower........
