I had a 1/2 hour meet last night (will review in a few days when time allows from work).
Nothing that really jumped out at me in my area, or anywhere that didn't require a good 1-2 hours of travel, so this sufficed. Maybe if I have a day or two off, I'll travel further afield and spend an extra few £.
Turned out the time I booked was about right. Rushed in some aspects compared to an hour, nothing spectacular from either of us, but job done.
Did have some thoughts about not showing, but thought to myself "it's not a major amount of cash, haven't been near a woman for 6 months, and a shag's a shag at this point in time!"
Honestly, I always have misgivings when it comes to a booking. Either enjoy myself and then feel regret having spent £140, or just end up wishing I'd stayed home.
I wouldn't not turn up for a booking unless something really didn't seem right i.e. someone hanging around outside; really really dodgy area; far too obvious, say on a busy main road; radio silence; obscure instructions that make you drive all other and jump through hoops to meet her etc.
I'm always a little picky when it comes to a punt. Can take me ages to get around to one, assuming of course anyone replies and/or fits in with my schedule.
Whilst I'd rather pay £120 than £140-£150, it's not breaking the bank, but still I feel a little reluctant to spend that on a chance encounter.
