Ok, so i took MH's advice and had a wank.

I snuck of upstairs telling the wife and kids i was going to have a nap as i work nights.

Location -  Easy to find, quick walk up some stairs and the 2nd door on the right, the door was already open so in my excitment i let myself straight in.

Phew, long story short, job got done, not even an offer of round two.

I had a conversation with a couple of WG's who worked at Annabellas & HoD before lockdown.  They said that the rates that Karl was asking for were too high in their opinions, so it was better for them to personally rent apartments and work as indies at the moment.

To me, its the same whether the WG's pay a high daily rental charge or a cut of the days taking.
