I tried a few of them and none seem to work as good as the pill IMO, not dissing the research though.

I agree that Pomegranate Juice is very effective in helping sex drive. That and also certain nuts like cashews and walnuts are effective.

Yeah beetroot juice is supposed to do something with the blood flow around the body - pity it tastes so fricken horrible - glugging down a glass or two of that everyday  :vomit:

The main thing I take in the few days leading up to a punt I've booked are pomegranate juice, cashew nuts, a fruit & nut mix bag and a can of red salmon. Helps me in getting an erection and staying as hard as I can when wearing a condom. I complement that with a herbal viagra alternative that I take about 4 hours before the scheduled meet.

Next time I shall add beetroot juice and oysters to the libido diet.

As for "herbal viagra". Why bother when the real thing is cheap as chips? "Herbal" pills are dodgy in my opinion as they're not tested in the same way that proper medication is and the dose of each active ingredient is not as carefully controlled. Before the term, "legal high" was coined, some people referred to it as "herbal ecstasy"

I'm not convinced there's a significant aphrodisiac effect with most of the above. However, eating healthy fresh stuff is beneficial to your health and well being so feeling livelier and energised in general must surely improve sexual health and performance too?
