If you're mobile and can travel 20-odd minutes, I've seen some good reviews on Club Classique in Loughborough. Also Spangles in Ilkeston is probably about the same distance, depending on where abouts you are in Notts. Not sure if they fit your bill. I really want to try CC, but it's just too tricky for me these days.

Apologies if you already know this, but like has been said before Nottingham is a bit sparse and that's the closest i can think of.

If only someone would run for local council on a platform of licensing a few more decent brothels in Nottingham, they'd sure as hell get my vote.
