Hmmm... I have visited several relevant websites. There is an activity, but much less as you can expect. Flats, houses, and clubs are closed. Independents are working but it is difficult to get to them. As a sample,

Some of the "active" ads have notices similar to this: "Por la salud de todos estamos cumpliendo con el real decreto de confinamiento. La prevención es cosa de todos (For the health of all we are complying with the royal decree of confinement. Prevention is everyone's business)".
My family has told me that there are boars on the streets of many small towns around Madrid province and even some on the streets of the capital!!! It is like a gosht town. It would have never ever happened if people were on the streets with the regular city life. Also, some people have been imprisoned for defying the lockdown. So, I guess that foreign GWs are gone, and locals are struggling to get clients.
I read above that there are endless opportunities to negotiate with girls... Well, it can be true if you manage to avoid the police and the army and you get not arrested for being on the street without a reason.
