Owner or security guard Morocco

As we all know securing a girl friendly apartment is key to a good trip .
Is it at the owners discretion if he will allow this or is it the security guys.
If the owner is ok with guests  coming back can the security guy say no?
Or if the owner doesn't allow guests can one bribe the security guy into turning a blind eye .
It would be good if someone who actually knows could answer this .

Just in case it got lost in the general discussion and any member with
the relevant knowledge or experience who was just catching up didn't want to read the whole thread ,missed this.
I dont suppose most of us will know the answer to this unless they own or know someone who owns an apartment in Morocco.
Hope that's ok?

If the owner is OK then the security guard is on the take, if the owner says no, then you can still take the risk to see if the security guard is on the take.

Not really, I have stayed at apartments where the owner had told the security gaurd not to bother the guest as long as they are discreet ,and have not had any issues.
That got me thinking that it is at the discretion of the owner and not the security guard.
