I've done a couple of months on seeking in the last 18 months, been off it due to lockdowns etc recently but thinking of taking the plunge again.

Use Google play, make new account and down the app on that account, top up the account using Google play vouchers and pay subscription

This was a stroke of genius. Much more effective than blocking. Better to say that they're blacklisted and they might learn from their scamming.

Initially she wanted to be picked up from secluded spot but my friend did not agree instead met her around Coventry university but was robbed within minutes. As the amount was less he did not bother reporting to old bill but this could have turned ugly if he had refused to co-operate. This gang is active in/around  the Coventry area so beware and familiarise yourself with her face.

I have moved on, but this thread is to warn others of such scams, so next time if she says a reasonable price like £300, the information is out there that you should think twice before sending £150 before the meeting, as her behaviour [dropping from a grand up front to £40 in the space of a few minutes] points that there's a high chance you'll never see her or the money again....

No I don't think you have, I understand and would be suspicious of any money up front requests. Her profile also shows recently accessed from the US, along with slightly strange terminology in the profile itself which I'd be wary of. Thanks for the heads up
