But in reality there was no alternative, after he was warned several times about this.

He must have known that, and I'm surprised he persisted. Even if he generated a little extra traffic for himself he must have known getting booted off would put a stop to that, plus he'd lose a place to hang out, which he presumably enjoyed and actually brought enjoyment to others  .

Yes a loss but a totally deserved red card. He knew exactly what he was doing (touting his own paid-for content platform) and was pushing his luck as far as he could. The sillyness on his part though is that the website is terrible and you have to register to even see free content.

Bit heavy handed hitting him with a permanent ban when you can see what he has contributed and continues to contribute. I went to Colombia on the back of this thread and had an amazing time, i know another member who done the same and we met up none of which would have panned without Vivago contributing the way he has done. Like i said i am not saying he hasn't done wrong he has however it could have been handled differently but hey i'm just a small contributor on here and nothing more

I agree with a lot of what you're saying, but honestly what was Admin to do? You saw this exchange in another thread. Vivago asked for leeway to promote his site, Admin said flat out no, Vivago kowtowed, but then did it anyway. Admin looks like a chump if he lets that slide.

Yep. Unlike you, I've contributed loads to UKP over the years so is it too much to expect a little free promotion in return?

I share your sentiments too. I went to colombia not too long ago off this thread and he was more than happy to help with any info I wanted in regards to medellin.  But its all in the hands of admin

I totally agree sad to see his demise but Head1 owns the site and can do what he wants    plus he had warned him so in some respect it was inevitable

He was promoting his own pay per view site. He was warned repeatedly about doing it but chose to ignore the warnings & gave admin no choice but to ban him.
No one is questioning his contribution but he got what his actions deserved

There are several well established returnees who have gone on to make good contributions. At the end of the day its Head1's site and his judgement. Viv was clearly warned and Head1 had no choice but to issue the banning.

Owning the site means having to make the big decisions to protect the forum. That’s what Head1 did after much provocation, and after giving way more leeway than OldAdmin ever would have.

At the end of the day, Vivago thought you were all chumps who should pay for the privilege. He showed contempt for the ethos of the site and its owner. Some of you don’t realise that contempt also extended to its members

A lot of us were sorry to see this ban. Trouble is he really did piss on his chips big time and despite warnings he left Admin with out any choice but the ban. Vivago knew what he was doing and took the fall.

I was sorry to see the ceasing of contributions but not the ban. He blatantly used UKP, a site that relies on the UNPAID VOLUNTARY CONTRIBUTIONS AND UPKEEP from punters and Admin, Vivago used it to line his pocket by garnering business for his OnlyFans paid-videos. I just glanced through the Budapest list. One post from you and one from Vivago. I'd say you got lucky that you happened to follow a lead from him. The amount of money he flung around it would be hard to imagine any girls not being happy. I take your point though... inspiring and all that. Just not to me. I personally find honest normal punters who give concise, the  practical information that can be replicated to be far more inspiring. It seemed to me that he came upon the idea that he could start a website to showcase his sexual exploits (if you can call paying for it an exploit) once he had all that content, but who knows, maybe that was his plan all along? Also OF works only if you're advertising from another website, and I believe that UKP was his only source of advertising.
