Hi. Does the Bham arena parking operate when there are no events on? It looks quite handy for a local visit later this week.

If it's the one I am also visiting you'll find there is lots of metered parking very near the venue.

You can use it as a normal car park when there is no events on. It’s pay on exit with number plate recognition.
