I think ive probably seen more doctors for my prostate than I have seen working girls.
MRI scans, cystoscopy (without anaesthetic, OUCH), lengthy and powerful doses of antibiotics all no help.
One STI consultant gave me pelvic floor exercises to do, they did help somewhat.
Another prescribed an alpha blocker called Tamsulosin, - relaxes the prostate muscle, this had an immediate beneficial effect within 24 hours, he gave me instructions to drink plenty of water, and told me to take frequent breaks when driving long distances.
In a few weeks, im booked in for a rigid cystoscopy, and what he describes as a "vigorous prostate massage".
Hope he knows what he's fucking doing. But he is a professor of urology so he should have sussed it by now.
Unfortunately any orgasmic benefit from the prostate massage is going to be lost on me, as I will be under a general anaesthetic at the time. Ill tell you all about it when/(if) I wake up. I think its going to fucking hurt
