Found it quite interesting,  though if it's a balanced reflection there's a lot more damaged goods among the WG population than I thought. Possibly though there was some biased selection going on.   Louis didn't seem to push the 'selling sex  is exploitation of the vulnerable' angle that hard,  but probably hard enough to cause move some viewers in that direction.

It wasn't awful and did make it look less like the stereotypical view of escorting, which was good.

It explained that different people (escorts and punters) do it for different reasons and many escorts find it gives them money and self confidence.

It was also right that it must be quite hard mentally to be having random punters turning up everyday and the SP having to try to build some kind of rapport with them to get through the booking. I know for a fact that I couldn't do it.  I've seen some SPs who clearly find the job quite taxing physically and mentally and they will burn themselves out.  However, most SPs I've seen manage it well and give the impression of liking the job.  Like all jobs it has its good and bad points and you have good days and bad ones. Any job can take a toll if you let the job take over your life.

The show could have been a lot worse and wasn't really long enough to get into depth on the subject.  It would have been better off as a series, but that would have probably gone too deep.

I wonder how Victoria's school run is going to be tomorrow after being so open about what she does. It might come as a surprise to some of the other Mums.  People will judge her and nobody likes to be judged. Ultimately she seems to be making a better life for her kids, but it does seem to be taking a toll on her, but good on her.

I quite like Louis Theroux, but he's in danger of becoming a parody of himself.  That serious, concerned, lugubrious faux naif shtick of his can sometimes border on absurdity.  In this case, there seemed to be a mis-match between this approach and the subject-matter, which arguably dictated a slightly lighter tone than when he's engaging with people who are clearly either mad or bad or both.  But I suppose they didn't want to be seen to be condoning – or promoting – prostitution.  Also that "style" is his USP.

From what I saw in the film she appeared to be a very good and caring mother for her kids, and she was keeping a nice home for the family.
