My initial enquiry answered by e-mail within 24 hours. Meet arranged with a couple more e-mails. Address for the hotel sent two days before. I'll be honest, I've had only one issue in five attempts to book her. However when I did get hold of her she was apologetic about it. If you were trying to book any time around the xmas to new years period, I think she was just busy with other stuff and I wouldn't use that as a general example of her comms. Every other time for me has been fine.
