Hi there everyone are you prepared to help with some advice on 2 points?

When I take the Viagra pill I get terrible sinus pain for most of the day and often a headache too. They do however work quite well.
What (in your opinion) is the best alternative to take for good response ie. within half an hour but also without the side effects described above.


Also what (in your opinion) is a small but effective battery toy to ensure she gets maximum pleasure from the meeting. Something to hold on the clit but pocket sized would be perfect... anyone recommend something proven to enhance a ladies pleasure in foreplay and during sex would be ideal.

We've done this lots of times on here.

Half a pill and drink lots of water.

 As above, plenty of water and dont over do the mg.  if you dont actually need it to get a hard on dont use it - it wont actually benefit in anyway.

What you describe are two quite well known side effects of such medications. However if they are severe then try reducing the dose you'll have to experiment  with at but I would advise you to consult your GP to see if there might be any underlying malarkey such as undiagnosed hypertension ( High blood pressure) that aren't helping.

You can try Cilas which act in a slightly differing way and might suit you better but they are more expensive.

Its a sad fact of life with medicines that they have their beneficial "erect effects" but that has to be balanced up against unwanted side effects.

In a nutshell go and check it out with your Doc!.

As to your other request never heard of punters taking along a vibrator!, has anyone? Wonder if our resident ladies have anything to say on that?..

Yep I got the headaches too....
To be honest, I am not sure why I take the tablet, I have no problem in getting it up, it is just that I like feeling why I have taken the pill and get a rise, it just feels fuller....
I do take a headache tablet to combat it though....
I have got some Cialis to try out too and also some cabergoline...the cab is supposed to greatly reduce your recovery period and prevent that little neggy bit after the climax.

Cabergoline? Is that really a thing? Manufactured in Scotland presumably?

Ps most girls I've met seem to appreciate the little bullet vibrators that can be purchased very inexpensively. I think boots sell one, I once got two for a tenner from superdrug which was handy as I was on my way to meet two lasses at the time.

Never taken one with me, but I think girls that enjoy toys will have some of their own to hand if you ask them. They can list it on their adultwork profiles if its something they enjoy.

I usually only take half a tablet with a bottle of water on the way to the gig and still get longish side effects. Which gets it up again quickest?

I used to take the Kamagra Blue tablet and got the usual mild migraine and bloody heartburn for the rest of the day.   

Changed to the oral jelly version more expensive but hardly any side effects.
