The quality of the photos of most girls on AW is dreadful. As it's their main way of getting new customers you would think more effort would be made.  The few girls that have their own websites generally get some pro photos done but only a few on AW.
I've done a fair bit of glamour photography over the years and I did once send a mail to some of the local girls offering to do a pro set but got no interest. Realistically I could do better with my phone than some of the pics the girls put up. OK, they don't want to be recognised but that is easily achievable with Photoshop.
Any idea why so many girls don't have better photos?

You really need to ask them, we can only speculate and as there aren't many on here to answer this isn't the best place to ask.
If you got no response to your offer it would be safe to assume they don't want or need to post better ones.

Possible reasons are they get enough punters with the photos they do use. They don't care about the photos they use. They aren't very bright. They haven't the get up and go to get better photos. They are too tight to pay for better photos.

I'm actually a photographer that has done glamour shoots with a fair few WGs over the years. I find that these days WG's say a lot of clients don't like glamour photos, but prefer a more realistic selfie type shot, which they can do themselves for free - awful perhaps, but still usable in their opinion. Depends on the site. AW WG's have better responses with selfies shot on phones, but escort sites and other advertising sites use proper shoots. The picture compression levels on AW is awful, downgrades and ruins the quality, and only allows a low to medium res shot uploads. Sometimes WG's do extra edits themselves using apps (ughhh) and ruin what I've done in the first place! lol Retouching on a lot of escort sites photos is way over done, sometimes to the point of not being the same shape, or skin texture etc. Hence the mistrust with clients.

Yeah, see whilst it's fairly low quality shot - it's sexy, also shows a real world scenario and easily done on a mobile phone. I mean, what's not sexy about pokies through a sheer dress on a half silhouette window shot?

I would say all these reasons, some of which are similar to reasons why many don't have their own websites or adverts outside of AW.

An early client told me my poorly lit attempts at selfies were not doing me justice, so I've spent time and money on professional photos which I've a good idea does contribute to my business. Established clients and punters comment on them, and use them to indicate the style of lingerie and clothing they'd like me to wear for their booking. I do supplement the professional photos with a few of my own but I still find it difficult to get decent shots, also there's a discretion issue for me which means I prefer to / it's easier and better to go have a shoot in a completely out of area neutral location. In recent years the photographers I've used are a often a 2 hour or so drive away, so I'm making a significant effort which I consider an investment.

Sometimes the way the photos are taken can be quite telling, and that seems more obvious with the selfie type.  Like if they all just focus on a single feature (big boobs, say) but don't show anything else (big girl all round) or avoid showing a particular bit in every photo.

Then you get the ones that haven't been updated in 10 years or more
