Nice to know she appears to be genuine but since her location states Ipswich as the profile doesn't give any phone number I don't think it is right for anything else to be posted here.

A few reasons, mainly based on discretion. If a prossie doesn't display her number or location it's for a good reason, putting them on an open forum is not a great idea. Put another way, how would a punter like it if his number is posted on something like SAAFE ? Discretion works both ways.

Of course the poster could have made a genuine mistake, thinks it's OK to post her number or he / she could be touting.

Locality: Do a Search on AW using Proximity and enter 6 miles from IP7 and you can find a couple of escorts come up with 0 miles from IP7 and 3 within 5.8 miles. IP7 can be found on Google Maps to be Hadleigh and surrounding region so that information is already available to anybody who has the intelligence to find it.  So I already knew her Postcode started IP7 and was in Hadleigh region so didn't think it a big issue to inform Dezza via the forum.

She may have a reason for not displaying her number openly on AW, and not just about saving £1 a day. Only registered AW Service seekers could then contact her to get her number as a result, and not just every lurker viewing her profile. If you wanted to be really helpful, you could have emailed/PM'd dezza her mob number, rather than displaying it in an open forum.
Had you been a newbie member, others could understand your naiveity in posting her number. However, you have been a member on here since April-2013, so yes, you did lack discretion in posting her number.

Yes. 

Nothing wrong with informing dezza via PM but I still think it is wrong to post the details on the open forum. 2 days after your post there was a post asking for discretion in reviews https://www.ukpunting.com/index.php?topic=33152.0, the same applies throughout the boards IMO.

She has decided not to give her number in her profile and it's not up to you to decide to help her out by posting it elsewhere. Her profile shows an IP7 postcode which looks a big area to me, Hadleigh may be the biggest town in that postcode but it's still an assumption to leap to the conclusion that she works from there. Nothing to do with intelligence in finding it but plenty to do with naivety in believing it. Locations in AW are unreliable, loads of prossies are not actually in the postcode they put into AW.

As CT points points out, you've been a year long lurker so should know that posting the information DOES show a lack of  discretion.

Just to add to this.

I saw Tammy today, just for a £40 15 minute quickie.

Comms: Good. Polite on the phone and good directions given.

Location: Flat within a block in Hadleigh. Not the most discreet as it opens on to a relatively busy road but I didn't feel watch or anything. Small studio flat. Quite dark but not dirty or dingey.
