Edinburgh saunas

Hi gents I'm sure this has probably been covered but I will be down in Edinburgh and am considering a visit to one of the saunas can anyone give me a rough idea of how much cash I should take along?  I'm just looking for a normal grr visit but as I've never been have no idea how much to take

At the Newtown Sauna, one hour is £100 in total (£30 at the door & £70 to the girl).

The others are similar.

You can pay less for a shorter time but an hour is the best value.

Having never been to a Scottish sauna (only been in English parlours) does the one hour sesh include 2 pops?
