It's that dodgy Maccarobu (or something like) woman who had the place on Lytham Rd just before covid. Someone even put a youtube video about her alleging she was trafficking people into the UK from the Phillipines. Also had the deathtrap Happi hotel near the north station - which is whats been advertised now.

This will be something like the third or fourth attempt to reopen for massage post covid. Each time before they shut very quickly
