You can - the search by nationality allows you to EXCLUDE Romanians if you want (thereby getting any nationality except them).

Well these is a lot of fuss and some court cases over whether Uber drivers should be regarded (legally speaking) as self employed and using a service or as Uber employees. Now depending on which way the cases go, the owners of the "AW Uber" App could suddenly find themselves legally responsible as employer for all the WG using it (having to pay NI, sick pay, maternity leave etc for all of them) AND have a fighting chance that they'd get their collar felt for living off immoral earnings.

I can see why App designers may be thinking twice about that one

Here is an example of a crackin' WG who does not come up in a search if Romanians (or any other nationality) are excluded. Because her nationality is blank. Been around since 2011, never come up in any of my searches, she's just had a review posted
