What makes you say its a false rumour? Have you looked at the private gallery? It's definitely subjective but I interpreted the comment about a "house lice" to mean whatever it is that's next to her fanny looks like a woodlouse. I think it was just a description of whatever it is that's growing there. I'm no doctor and not suggesting this woman has anything transmissible but from the pictures she clearly has something like small warts/skin tags and a much larger thing that could be a wart or a mole. Either way I wouldn't fuck her with a stolen cock.
