lush have the apartments and, judging by the users who are constantly encountering queues, the punters.
If she hires out an apartment it will be a bit of a gamble, wherasa with Lush, it's more of a pay as you go.
More importantly, it goes to show, prices are truly inflated and given the chance, majority of SPs will consider significantly lower rates.

Absolutely spot on. I’ve had this convo in the past with a few Lush girls. They all stated the cost of going indie was a risk and Lush just had the punters etc and they make more money overall then they would as indie. Some were indie before joining lush, others tried it and went back.

For me I would of thought if your a good sp who doesn’t disappoint then indie is the way to go. You’ll always have a good stream of regs, be in control and make more money but then again I’ve never whored myself out lol so better leave it to the professionals.
