Prague is not worth a visit purely for punting these days.  As to blondes, a quick check on Annonce shows 376 small ads for Prague, of which about 100 claim to be blonde (but a significant number obviously aren't from the photo).

As I have said before, London takes a lot of beating.  For example, taking just one agency, Diva has about 120 blondes.

Contrary to what old porn films would have you believe, Sweden actually has a relatively low number of natural blondes.  Try counting the number of blondes in Wallander, or any of the other Swedish detective dramas.  I was quite disappointed when I went to work in Sweden.

Again, the idea that Swedish women are very open minded is another old porn myth.  In the days when "no sex before marriage" was the mantra here, they appeared more open minded to us as they were more tolerant of sex before marriage.  But that is with an established partner - Swedish society is probably less tolerant of casual sex than we are.  Sweden actually has some of the most illiberal punting laws in Europe - it is illegal to punt in Sweden.

Sweden was once a major power, controlling a large swathe of Europe.  For example, if you go to Prague, you will find that many of the bronze statues have discrete plaques saying that it is a copy of the original that was looted by the Swedes.  I suspect that interbreeding with all the people they controlled diluted the number of blondes in the Swedish population.

Other Scandinavian countries have a much higher proportion of blondes, such as Denmark and Norway also Finland.  However, I can't say what the punting scene is like in those countries.  A lot of Swedes like going on day trips to Finland, but I suspect that is more for the booze than punting.  Sweden is also quite illiberal when it comes to booze (except on mid summer day).

I really wouldn't advise a punting trip to Sweden.  And if you do go there for other reasons and want to punt, be VERY careful.

Sound advice
For starters its astronomically expensive [punting] & alcohol is heavily taxed
I went there forever ago, there seemed to be more blondies than other countries
& of swedes going travelling my impression that the same with blondies
& the burds accents OMG speaking english 

More recently the wheels have come orf with Sweden importing a migrant problem
