Just out of interest did you book through AW or did you just set a time by phone or text?
I booked her in Edinburgh a few months ago for an hour for the following day.
I then confirmed the booking by text the following morning.
I then texted before leaving the house only to be told that she had a 2 hour booking on the way but that I could maybe book another time later.
On replying that I wouldn't bother she called me stroppy even though I was quite polite.
