Yes, she tells me that she been away for a short break and not checked her emails. Consequently she had missed the request from AW to verify and update her account. When her regulars informed her that her AW site was down, it explained why no one had phoned today.

It was not a very diplomatic comment and was actually more a case of me offering to post on UKP first,  and she asking, " would you ? "
Anyway, apparently she will be at Club Classique in Loughborough tomorrow, and then sorting out the AW account without delay, as you suggest.

apparently all the  service providers on  AW need to be verified , if they cannot prove verification, profiles will not come back online

Thankfully, in the majority of cases, we don't have members updating us on the status of SPs who are still around but have so far failed to verify their accounts.
