I was there last year and it felt like it had seen better days. Must rooms were empty, although admittedly it was a weeknight. I wouldn't have been surprised if they had cleared down without corona.

Bankruptcy means they don't have to pay bills.  Does not mean it will be gone forever.  Good chance some new Sergei will buy the building, bribe the local govt and it will reopen in a years time.

But if it was doing poorly before, then sadly it might be gone forever. We shall see.

There was another brothel across the street that was even shittier - may that one will reopen and have better business.
