Need to go to Worthing on business and will have time to spare before I head home. Any recommendations for a massage with extra's or a punt locally?

In fact, does anyone know anything about Jidapha's Spa in Worthing?
It seems to be based at a residential address and the treatment list includes prostrate massage. It's cheap and I might try it just for a quality massage, even if no funny business!
