Only started happening today. Usually it stays logged in 15 to 20 mins without any activity.

Once they have your real name and details of OH they log you out quicker.

Nah it's just a system glitch when the Perv police at GCHQ also log onto your account at the same time to monitor you the original account gets logged out, I guess if it keeps happening to the same person then they must be on to something

  Which is why it's wise to buy a new phone/laptop when this happens! Otherwise....knock knock and the shame when they ask your neighbours!

With any tech question it's a good idea to clarify what sort of device and operating system you're using to view the site. PC? Tablet? Phone? Windows? Chrome? Opera? WiFi? Mobile Data etc etc.
With that information one of the tech savvy chaps on here could possibly give you a clue of how you could remedy things.
