[Discussion] Quitting Punting

So as the title suggests bit of a discussion piece.

I had my last punt two months ago. I had a number of average/shite ones and decided to take a few weeks hiatus. 3 weeks went by and I decided to start my research and nothing jumped out. I then decided to try fabswingers and the like and had some successes so abandoned punting.

I know the mantra "once a punter always a punter" but has anyone here quit/found other outlets etc... genuine questions/discussion.

Whereas I am leaving longer between punts because
a) I'm getting on in years (well past 60)
b) with a limited budget and even more limited libido, I can really only have a pint when it looks like most of my target boxes have been ticked.

I guess so, but at the end of the day, they charge how much men are prepared to pay. If 75% of WGs are indeed shite but can still charge £100+ per hour, that says more about the standards men have more than anything.
