ive seen her private gallery your not missing anything the pictures are very poor quality with several pictures that are blurred, the lighting is very poor overall quality is low not worth paying for, same goes for the video clips which are very badly edited there are some which just 'loop' and keep playing, so you end up paying for £2 for a clip which just is 5 secs long but keeps 'looping' for around 60 secs, I would not waste my money on either the video or private gallery, until she goes and gets a better photographer and a better high definition camcorder, until then i'm staying away

They look ok on my screen maybe its a resolution issue with your equipment.
