I loved the list and recognise many of them, however I'm too forgiving and in life found it useful to try to imagine events from the opposite point of view.

Also getting overly wound by pre punt events can further spoil the punt.

The Wait, I tend to think that a previous punter has arrived late and the SP is trying to ensure that they get a full appointment.

Stopping to answer my text could be seen as one of the other list items, such as no answer.
