Priligy Punters - PE discussion

I’ve been using 30mg priligy for a while now and though it does work, I’ve still been unsatisfied and usually only last around 5 minutes when in my favourite positions. Has anyone tried 60mg with great success? Any strong adverse side effects?

Generally, would be keen to hear about punters who suffer from PE and what tactics/supplements etc have helped.
