Not learnt much in 3 years have you.  Leeches aren't welcome, vocal ones especially.  If you're unwilling to share the experiences you've had, particularly those that expand the wealth of knowledge here, why should any of us share unpublished information with you?

Try asking your boss for a raise without evidencing any performance to warrant it.  Only way you'll get it is blackmail or off the book favours, either of which would get you fired.
