It's just a risk they have to take otherwise pay a higher commission and earn less working anonymously in a brothel or parlour. Risk vs reward and that is presuming they are having to keep a secret. I have met Thai SP that openly work and their families just look the other way due to the money coming in and an upgrade in living standards. Others just say they are providing only massages. My personal opinion is that sex work is a job is a job and punting is a hobby and should be less taboo and discussed more openly.
