To be fair, she had 3 positive reviews on here before she had any negatives. I think it's most likely that she just turned up because she does occasionally realise that she actually needs the money sometimes. Yes, it was directed at billygreen. As for the lady you saw back in May 2016, as long as she's still active , I'd say if it's a negative, you should review. Even if they're not currently active it could be helpful if they ever come back (which is always fairly likely), even if they do it with a new profile (they usually get found out fairly soon).

If it's a neutral then, as long as they are active, you probably should review (unless perhaps you've commented about her before in which case that might just suffice but a review would still be better). If it's a positive then I think it depends - mainly on how many reviews she has (particularly ones which are more recent than May 2016) and if you can actually remember the punt well enough to write a half decent review.
