Can't leave feedback on AdultWork

I am a verified user and had a confirmed booking, I am new to AW and made two bookings by an accident so i deleted one of them and had the other confirmed.

My issue is that in the leave feedback section it says I have no outstanding bookings although this was completed 36 hours ago, I can only leave a field report. Is this to stop misuse of the feedback feature, I'm new so i really wanted the feedback.

I couldn't find any answers for this issue in the FAQ on AW either.

If the booking was confirmed then you should be able to leave feedback after the date/time of the booking.

I had the same problem and contacted AW by hitting the 'Help' button and then 'Contact Us' and then filling in a form. It's a bit of arsing about but they sorted it out so that I could leave feedback.

Don't they have to confirm that it happened? I forget how it works but I've gone back to AW a few days after a booking only to find I'm unable to file a report until they've clicked the right buttons.

I had exactly the same problem a few weeks ago - escort (Mistress Vi) confirmed our booking but neither of us was able to leave feedback for the other. I just kept getting the 'There are no outstanding bookings to leave feedback for' message.
