Arranged booking by text a day in advance. Confirmed next day. All comms great at that point.
Went to the place next to Stratford station and texted 5mins before meet to let her know and tried calling several times: no answer.
Fourth call (about 15mins later) for the person answering to tell me I am 15mins late... said I called and texted several times then been asked to wait until she calls me back.

Makes me think this is not the girl handling her own comms.
Call 5-10 mins later which I did not answer as I decided to walk as it has been about 30minutes by then. Got an apology text but too late for me and unprofessional. Time is money.
Shame I did not see the girl but these kind of setups usually dont mean outstanding service.
