Why do you think there are so few male escorts working compared to women and transsexuals? I personally only ever check adult work, so maybe there's some place with loads of them I'm not aware of, but it always seems like women seem to outnumber men by an incredibly vast majority.

I started thinking about this because I saw that bbc video where they talk to the girl working at house of divine, which linked to another one about male escorts in Manchester, although that one was a lot harsher and mostly talked about men being forced to do meth or have sex under some canal bridge

I don't believe that there aren't a decent number women or gay men out there that would happily pay to shag a young bloke, so what keeps that number so low?

A number of reasons one that has already been posted is that a man needs to be aroused to have sex and even if he's taken some tadalafil etc you still need to get sexually aroused to keep and maintain an erection. For a woman she's doesn't need to be sexually aroused, she can just apply some lube and pretend. Additionally I think most men are only going to be able to ejaculate a few times in a day. It's not going to work if a male escort has say 6 clients in a row and they all want to see him cum.

Another is that I don't think there's a market for it; most women don't need to pay for sex or indeed wouldn't want to.
