You can still leave negative feedback without leaving a negative rating. If you didn't booked through AW, you can't leave negative rating only feedback.
So she might have had one or more of those!

I'm temped because of the looks, location ,  nationality (she actually can't be VERIFIED and Romanian , pretending to be non romanian, AW check the nationality on her ID against her ID photo and veryfication photo during verification process)
((although, there's always a possibility to fake everything and switch profiles etc.. so not 100% fool proof))

It states she has chosen to hide her ratings and feedback so there is no way of knowing though in all probability she or her pimp don't want it viewed. Someone could have mentioned something personal in the feedback that compromised her identity, who knows 
There is always the possibility that she or her pimp didn't quite grasp the rating/feedback and hid it in error, doubt that though.

Wisest thing to do when in doubt is as you have already said 'move on'.
I would say there's plenty out there but unfortunately there isn't at the moment so good luck Tom, hopefully you will strike gold.

Nigel, you're correct, I meant to say "hidden" feedback. It might just be me automatically assuming that negative feedback would be the most likely reason to hide the feedback, but you're right, there might be other reasons as well.
