I would imagine that they wouldn't. Taking up being a WG as a working profession is a damned if you do, damned if you don't scenario really. That's about the size of it, and you can add friends, social circle, old schoolmates and neighbours to that. It will take relatively little time.

Would also depend on where they work, and whether they work from home, obviously.
