Why would this SP write "I do not accept Cannamicine"!

Am I behind the times or just missing some info.... why would this girl write I do not accept Cannamicine,,,, I know it's a sort antibiotic but?

Kanamycin (with a ‘K’) is an antibiotic (one of the aminoglycoside class). It is pretty much only used in niche scenarios, not routinely.

I wonder if this a different word in e.g. Italian that hasn’t quite got through Google Translate, rather than referring to the antibiotic!

And/or auto correct, or verbal input.  "Asian men" coming out as "cannamicine"?  Amazing the number of people who don't read before pressing send.
