Because I haven't seen Cali so I don't know what she looks like. However the viva Street photos are full body and face pictures so it would be easy to say if it is her or not. Rather than say they are not aware it is her, they could say the photos aren't of her, no?

Yes, I derailed it by pointing out premium being unaware wasn't helpful. I could easily say I'm unaware it's Cali, that would be equally unhelpful. No one else needed to be involved, premium even replied further and then said they didn't think the photos were of Cali, which is actually helpful. But yea, I derailed it.
