Oxford is notoriously a punting desert. While there seem to be only a couple of rated permanent WGs (mentioned above but not seen personally), it seems that (very) gradually more escorts are touring here. Perhaps they've seen the whinges on UKP and UKE and decided there is a quick buck to be made.
