I've not found that many girls into facials (guess that's not surprising) but I have found that on second or third visits (or more) once they know you, your chances of going off-menu greatly increase.

Some say 'facials' on their likes, and don't offer it. With others, it's the other way around. If think if you want the full-on, face-splattering experience, there are sadly very few out there who are ok with it off the bat, as it were.
