I've tried Nice Life in Gravesend a few times and have not been disappointed but
Thinking of trying somewhere else.

Any recommendations in similar sort of proximity to Dartford??

I'm intrigued, Just looked at their website and it appears to be a totally normal massage place.  I might be being very nieve here.

How do you go about "extras" do you book, or ask for on the day?  Is there extra cost?

You do not mention when booking, the girl will normally ask you during the massage if you would like extras and you negotiate with her, hand job should be £20, some girls will go further.
Take off your underpants before getting on the massage table and if the girl tells you to put them back on take that as a big negative.
