It could be a number of reasons - she saw them before she had enough clients to turn down 0 feedback punters, she got to know them on sites like UKE, she's heard about them from other girls she knows who they punted. Or they had 1 feedback from a WG who closed their acocunt (depends if AW keeps the feedback or not in this scenario). Plenty of plausible reasons.

Same here, in areas like mine there is no need for me to have feedback and any WGs that demand it aren't the type I want to fuck anyway. Its an utterly ridiculous scenario in my view, I am the service buyer, fucking FB to get a paid punt, what is the world coming to.

A prossie could decide to not want to see you for any reason. It's just part and parcel of punting. There's many times I've tried to contact various prossies and got nowhere with them.
