I'm not so sure - unless the maid was hiding in the bathroom I think I would have noticed, and while the initial text was 'call me when you are at X' was consistent (stock answer I think), the handling in the last run-in was quite custom (and a barrage of 1-liners) unlike the laggardly directions I've had from visiting near the rugby club - which I think is handled remotely.  At the initial RV it was quite challenging - and yet only about 15 to 20 meters at most.
