As I understand it this is legitimate & has been open for some time.  The other Chinese spa (Jasmine Spa) is been reported on here and offers the usual range of services (HE/B2B) associated with these type of establishments.

Went soon after it opened, great massage but definitely seemed legit.
Note you need to fill in health questionnaire etc.

My massage was legit from the start - very clear “we prefer you keep boxers on” as I undressed.
My hands ‘accidentally’ wondered to test the water during massage, but were quickly moved back!
Massage was very good though, and would consider returning.
