For supposed naturals those boobs look quite spherical and rock hard, especially when laid on her back (visible stretch marks too).
You can see the badly cloned out scars under her boobs. The shape is classic implants too big for skin available (may relax over time but unlikely in this case) resulting in the unnatural "conical", gravity defying shape and in her case the creasing of her implants under pressure shows through the skin (yet more shitty photo editing).
