to be honest I don't think it will be on offer but I did read that someone accused them of touching inappropriately

To be honest, I don't think you will have much chance of any extras at the hotel spa. The only extras you will get is when they try to upsell the massage packages!

I went last year snd tried the hotel spa.
Very straight.
May be ok in the town parlours but depends where you are.

Been to Turkey many times. This is muslim country so you will struggle to get anything out of a Turkish lady and hotels are strictly legit.
Best bet is a Turkish bath and ask for a hand job from the big hairy bloke that will throw you around on the slab
